Welcome to Day 2 of Mental Health Week. Here are some simple things you can do to improve your mental health:
- Tell yourself something positive
- Write down something you are grateful for
- Take time to pay attention to the natural world around you
- Do something kind for someone else
- Get enough exercise and sleep
