DAY 4 - MENTAL HEALTH WEEK

It's Day 4 of Mental Health Week. Everyone has a variety of happy and unhappy experiences, of fun and challenging times. Sometimes we can get overwhelmed by focusing on negative experiences in our lives. Remembering a happy memory, however, can make us feel better. It can even help our brain to release chemicals to improve our moods and boost our health. Try to take time to think about happy memories to keep your mind happy and healthy!
