Mental Health Week - Day 4 Mindfulness is a way of being and thinking. When we are mindful, we focus our attention on what is happening in our body, our mind and in our environment in the moment. With mindfulness, we live in the present, focus on what is happening right now. Today, think about being present in the moment and being aware of your breathing. Being mindful helps us physically and emotionally & improves our mental well-being.
